Ship and Mitre B are preparing for their next clash in the Liverpool Open Darts League and it is another tough ask as they head to Peg Legs, who currently sit in the top four.

Mitre come into this game off the back of last weeks agonising 5-4 defeat Queen of Martyrs, while Peg Legs come into this game, having suffered a 6-3 defeat at Gateway- their second defeat in a row after a 5-4 defeat at home to Newstead A.

The last meeting between the two teams saw a 7-2 victory for Peg Legs on Dale Street. They also met in the Tony Donaghue Memorial Trophy which saw Mitre surrender a three leg lead and lose 6-3.

Captain Peter Mylchreest built up to the game by saying: “I am expecting a hard game. One thing is for certain, they will have a full team to put out.”

He will be hoping for a full team as the fact they didn’t ended up costing them last week against Queen of Martyrs. All the matches they have lost since the turn of the year, have coincided with them not having a full side.

As always, we will be live at the venue if you cant be. You can follow us on Twitter, where we will be providing a live feed.
